Curriculum Intent

  • In Art, our students show confidence through expressing their ideas, offering each individual student the opportunity to develop their work, wherever possible in their choice of materials and based on their ideas.
  • In Art, our students show confidence through developing creativity so that they can produce their own varied, expressive and personal work.
  • In Art, our students develop critical thinking through developing a deeper cultural understanding by learning about art and visual language and by doing so, becoming more aware about the world around them.
